EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY

To request a return, you must Contact us by the “contact us” page on our website www.bornbeautifulboutique.com or by email at thebornbeautiful@gmail.com. 

Include your name, order number, and phone number and the reason you are requesting a refund.  We will email you back letting you know that the return process has started. 

Items sent back to us without contacting us as described above will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the return delivery cost. If exchanged, once your return is received, your new item(s) will be shipped out at no cost. 

You may return most items within 21 days of the ship date for an exchange, store credit, or refund. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.

To be eligible for return:

Item(s) must be in new condition (unworn/unwashed) 

The item(s) must not contain odor such as smoke, chemicals, body odor, etc.

The item must not have pet hair.

Customized/personalized items, specials, or clearance items cannot be returned.

If we made a mistake or the item arrived defective, let us know and we’ll make things right.

Delivery/Order Issues: Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if there are any issues.  Contact information is listed below: 

Delayed or Lost Packages:

Contact us if your package shows delivered and has not arrived. 

Damaged/Defective:

Take photos of damaged item(s) and contact us within 7 days to arrange a replacement. 

Missing/Wrong Items/Printing Mistake:

Contact us to report missing or wrong items within 7 days of delivery. Please specify the details of the missing item(s) or wrong item. If your item has a printing mistake please send us a picture of the item.  We will evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If for some reason your item(s) cannot be sent or you no longer want the item, we will issue you store credit.

SHIPPING POLICIES:

We offer free shipping. We ship through the USPS. If for some reason we use a different carrier we will notify you by email. You will be notified when your item has shipped by email. 

Processing Times:
All orders that are currently in our inventory are processed within 1-2 business days.  If your order is a custom design our standard processing time is 4–7 business days before shipping. During peak seasons or periods of high demand, processing times may be longer. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times:
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Shipping in the U.S. usually takes about 4-7 business days. We are not responsible for delayed shipments by the carrier.

Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone. Delivery time may vary or be delayed during holidays, due to weather, customs inspections, or carrier issues.
